Each of our sites is registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which is a voluntary registration scheme established in 1997 by the construction industry to encourage best practice. By registering our sites we pledge to abide by the expectations of the scheme which are contained in the following 5 points:

As part of the scheme, our sites are monitored to establish whether the site is conforming to the requirements of the code and the level of compliance the site is achieving. We consistently achieve performance beyond compliance.
